• Reservation/booking
• Customer able to search room, select room.
• Receptionist record the guest name,last name,phone number.
• Receptionist record the room number,room rate.
• Receptionist display the default room number.
• Receptionist generate the unique confirmation number.
• Receptionist able to check in date and time,check out date and time as well.
• Management shall charge the customer for an extra night ,if the check out after 11:00am.
• Receptionist record the customer feed back.
• Administration shall provide meal /menu access to the guest.
• The administration is bound by the halal guarantee of all food.
• Administration record the payment and payment type of meal.
• Administration shall track all meal purchase in the hotel.
