Functional requirements of the hotel management system Project (FYP)

Reservation/booking
Customer able to search room, select room.
Receptionist record the guest name,last name,phone number.
Receptionist record the room number,room rate.
Receptionist display the default room number.
Receptionist generate the unique confirmation number.
Receptionist able to check in date and time,check out date and time as well.
Management shall charge the customer for an extra night ,if the check out after 11:00am.
Receptionist record the customer feed back.
Administration shall provide meal /menu access to the guest.
The administration is bound by the halal guarantee of all food.
Administration record the payment and payment type of meal.
Administration shall track all meal purchase in the hotel.
