SYSTEM REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION

purpose of this section

Requirement Management deals with analyzing, developing, maintaining, documenting, and verifying customer requirements. The customer’s requirements need to be tracked throughout the project life cycle to ensure that the final product meets all the requirements. Requirement Outputs, such as Software Requirement Specifications or any other document may be produced.The analyst (or a team) determines the requirements of the customer or end user. A variety of techniques may be used to study the requirements such as, interviews, evaluation of similar products or projects, discussions etc. The requirements are analyzed to ensure that they are feasible and appropriate to implement in software, clearly stated, consistent with each other, testable, and complete.To analyze the requirements various techniques may be used e.g. Data Flow Diagrams, functional decomposition, object-oriented decomposition, simulations, modeling, prototyping, etc. Issues affecting the requirement analysis are identified and resolved. Each of the outputs will be peer-reviewed as per review Procedure and approved at one or more points as decided by the Project Manager at the time of Project Planning.

Implementation of the system using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT in front end and PHP and MYSQL in back end and it will be used for database connectivity

Admin

  1. Manage job seeker and employer profile
  2. Manage payments of both employer and job seeker
  3. Add new services, related to employer and job seeker
  4. Send message to employer and job seeker for subscription
  5. Provide rules and authentication to users

Jobseekers

Ability to search resume by keyword, job category, days since posted Post jobs with detailed job description (job title, company name, location, salary, job type, work type, description, required skills…)

Ability to create and edit a company profile

Ability to add company logo

Retrieve password reset by automated email

Employer registration

Reporting information on how much time left on each job posting

Information on number of vacancy viewing and application

User

The Apply for a job Resume posting Job seeker registration, Viewing application history profile

Search job by location, company, location, experience Add multiple lists of experience and qualification.
